1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CreateMore ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to use the App. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Service Description

CreateMore is a personal productivity application that:

• Tracks creative sessions (manual input)
• Monitors consumption time (with permission via Screen Time API on iOS)
• Provides insights on your create vs. consume balance
• Offers optional cloud sync for your personal data
• Generates statistics and visualizations of your habits

3. User Accounts

Account Responsibilities

• You're responsible for your account security
• One account per person only
• You must be 13+ years old (or minimum age in your country)
• Provide accurate information
• Keep your password secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Screen Time Data Usage (iOS)

By enabling Screen Time tracking:

• You grant CreateMore permission to access device usage data
• This data is used ONLY for your personal insights
• You understand this requires Family Controls authorization
• You can revoke this permission at any time
• CreateMore cannot share this data with third parties
• The data remains on your device unless you enable cloud sync

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use CreateMore for personal productivity only
• Not attempt to monitor others without consent
• Not circumvent any security measures
• Not use the app for any illegal purposes
• Respect the privacy of any shared workspace features (if added)

You may NOT:

• Share your account with others
• Use the app to monitor other people
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer the application
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App
• Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit the App

6. Data Ownership and Portability

Your Data

• You own all content you create in CreateMore
• You can export your data at any time (CSV format)
• You can delete your data at any time
• You grant us license only to provide the service to you
• Your session data, notes, and statistics belong to you

Our Technology

• CreateMore owns the app and its technology
• We retain rights to anonymous, aggregated insights
• We may use anonymized data to improve the service
• The App is protected by intellectual property laws

7. Privacy and Security

Your privacy is paramount:

• Screen Time data gets special protection

• Cloud sync and backup

Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• Cancel anytime via App Store or Google Play
• No refunds for partial periods
• Price changes with 30-day notice

9. Service Availability

• We aim for 99% uptime but don't guarantee it
• Maintenance windows will be announced when possible
• Local features work offline
• Cloud sync requires internet connection
• Screen Time tracking requires iOS device with appropriate permissions

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

CreateMore is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation
• Specific productivity outcomes
• Compatibility with all devices
• That the app will meet all your requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for:

• Lost data (please backup regularly)
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or productivity
• Third-party actions
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid in last 12 months

IN NO EVENT SHALL CREATEMORE, ITS DEVELOPER, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CreateMore from claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the service
• Violation of these terms
• Infringement of others' rights
• Unauthorized account access
• Use of the App in violation of applicable laws

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with:

• 30-day notice for material changes
• Immediate effect for legal compliance
• Notification via app or email
• Your continued use means acceptance

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) with reasonable notice when possible. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

14. Termination

We may terminate for:

• Suspected fraud or abuse
• Extended inactivity (with notice)
• Legal requirements

You may terminate by:

• Deleting your account
• Uninstalling the app
• Canceling subscription

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Local data remains on your device until you delete it.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, excluding conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in California.

16. Additional Terms

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CreateMore regarding the use of the App, superseding any prior agreements.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
